the reception staff were friendly and helpful, i suppose.
The pool access was a joke. I had to book a slot in advance, and i only got 45 minutes. the rooms were small, certainly not what i expected for the price. plus, the whole place felt cramped, not exactly relaxing, is it?

grateful stay

ideal locationconvenient transporthandling process
the location was ideal. champs elysees was close, and transport links were convenient. the room featured excellent soundproofing and i found the breakfast satisfying. i also appreciated the proximity to various attractions.
The deposit handling process needs improvement. i paid extra charges directly, expecting immediate reimbursement of the deposit. however, i was told the deposit would not be released until housekeeping checked the room. I found this inconvenient.

Average Stay. Problems with Service and Room Condition

small roomunresponsive staff
I encountered a few issues . The room was smaller than I expected, especially considering I booked a Superior Double Room. Also. the minibar wasn't working properly. This made it hard to store drinks. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problem, and no solution was offered. This resulted in a frustrating experience.

The pool required reservations. What a buzzkill. i wanted to just jump in after a long day, but apparently, spontaneity is not on the menu. also, the promised airport transfer i booked through the hotel cost a fortune! it seemed like highway robbery, and i could have hailed a cab for half the price.
